Sarlet spear : Crewship spawned while in relay, got me falling through the floor and teleported me in the raijack

That's very weird, and it's similar to when crewships appear in the dojo (dry dock) after a mission :

A crewship appeared while I was in a scarlet spear relay, then made me fall through the floor, then I teleported in my railjack instead of the relay.

The crewship wanted the railjack dead, so I went to the navigation and tried clicking scarlet spear, which started an infinite loading tunnel. When trying to abort, I got the very annoying message "Can't abort the mission, as the mission is already completed".
