Mesa Regulators glitch (?)

Hey!

So I've been running Scarlet Spear missions and I appear to have an issue with my Regulators there: They shoot in burst mode, rather than auto mode. This doesn't appear 100% of the time though, it appears to only be happening in the later waves of the assault, when the sentinels get stronger.

It has happened in some other missions aswell, but when targeting the sentinels in, especially ground, missions, rather than shooting in auto mode, like they're supposed to, they shoot in burst mode.

I've made sure, it is not because of any kind of lag (ping nor FPS lag), I've also eliminated the issue of aim - yes, the sentinels are within the focus range and I am aiming straight at them, with nothing obscuring the line of sight.

I personally thought the case might also be in the fact that since Peacemaker aims for the chest(which is the front part of the torso), it doesn't shoot at the enemy when it is facing Mesa backwards? That doesn't sound right though, it just crossed my mind.
