New hotfix, new crash?

First time I write here, so not 100% on how it works, but someone recommended it.

To put it simply, my game didn't crash before, but after some of the newer hotfixes it has. I've tried putting on the lowest settings, updated drivers, and looking for programs that interfere, but all to no avail. Saying "it's the new hotfix' fault" is a pure guess from my side, but it began when it happened, and no real other events happened to my game/computer at that time.

So I was hoping anyone could help me with figuring this out, because I've run out of ideas.
