Fused Kuva Weapon Reset to Unfused

I first posted a request in support but they told me it wasn't their problem and to post here, so I am. 

Yesterday I fused a rank 0 Kuva Bramma Bow with 26% radiation status chance into my rank 28 forma 1 catalyst 1 Kuva Bramma Bow with 21% radiation damage. It worked and my resulting rank 28 Kuva Bow had 29% radiation chance. I logged out for lunch.

Logging back in an hour later my Kuva Bramma Bow had been reset to 21% radiation status chance - to an Unfused status and the rank 0 bow is not in my inventory.

DE, please, I just want my bow back - and maybe a legendary core for making me run all over the internet trying.
