Add option to autoscrap certain Railjack equipment

Yea, for the repeated runs: it's kinda tough if host does not want to return to Dojo for inventory management.

Once a certain wep/Railjack equip has sufficiently high stats, there's no additional benefit to excess of these same equipment, no?

Since they are meant to be scrapped, perhaps we can select for them to be autoscrapped instead so we don;t have to face the pop-up.
