fix/rework bosses

I don't care if you think they work as intended, many bosses just seem broken.

Like Vay Hek (3/10), who's flickering between vulnerability and vulnerability (he should be vulnerable in his lights on phase). You better not run out of ammo here. This is just an annoying waiting game like many other boss fights. Like Sargas Ruk who has different body parts that should be his weak point (2/10), but the fight takes ages anyway, or (Mutalist) Alad V.

Tyl Regor is probably the worst (0/10), he's just invincible 99% of the time and teleports like crazy. Super annoying. Sad because the fight has some promising mechanics

Ambulas (5/10) is balance wise alright at least (wow! what exception), regarding defensive and offensive capabilities, but the fight takes ages because you have to hack 6. 3 should be more than enough, this could be 7/10

Raptors are alright (6/10), Hyena Pack idk just kill them (4/10), Lephantis is awful too, is no danger but insane bullet sponge (3/10).

Ropalyst is a great fight (8/10), Exploiter Orb gets a 10/10 but I feel like we're already in another category here. New Jackal is well meant 8/10 because of shiny optics, could be 9/10 if balanced.
