Mesa third ability Shatter Shield not working properly against Juno Elite Crewman

with the time I've been playing with the Deadlock Protocol I noticed something when I was only doing sorties and I noticed something in particular that something had removed my shields in almost nothing, and that's when I realized that the Juno Elite crewman  and including its Eximus version, that their bullets completely ignore Mesa third ability Shatter Shield.

I did my tests if there was a change or a bug in the corpus that use the supra:
