Themisto, Jupiter Radiation Hazard Sortie not spawning radiation hazards

Today's Sortie (2020-08-10) stage 3 mission was a radiation hazard Assassin mission on Themisto, Jupiter, but the radiation hazard condition did not spawn into the mission. The usual green screen overlay was absent, no radiation buzzing could be heard, and further no radiation pockets spawned. No enemies were seen infighting or showing the radiation visual proc, either, in the event that the condition has spawned in invisibly / without its usual visual or audio indicators. The Sortie mission operated as normal otherwise and gave Sortie rewards upon completion.
