Crafting Ash?

recently I'v been craftign ash warframe, after finishing the Chassis and the system. I move to the helm, in which i have the "scorpoin ash helm" that i got from the alert "?", but after finishing it and claiming it, i could not find it in my component window, so i'm left wondering, do i have to make a regular ash helm? to finish my ash?

yes you have to finish your regular helmet and then finish the warframe and then....attach the scorpion helmet :)

Yes you need to make a regular ash helmet. Also the helmets are oddly located in the color picker section of the game, where you change the colors of your Warframe.
