Serene storm lowered damage

Ever since the heart of deimos, I've noticed baruuk doing significantly lower damage.  From about 8k to 3.1k damage with the same baruuk and desert wind build on the same enemies and without reactive storm.  Damage still shows up as the same but against enemies it is much lower than it was before.  Also for months stealth damage has never been right w/ baruuk.  I've tried to see if excalibur has these issues and he seems to have both his damage and stealth damage working properly.  Note with baruuk, their is still stealth damage,  All damage numbers are yellow without critical chance mods on and damage does increase but only by about 25%.  This percentage wildy varies with builds and enemies though.  All testing was done in the simulacrum so it could be the simulacrum in general and other weapons could have the same issues but I only monitor the damage numbers for baruuk.
