Cycle powers broken for fishing, hunting, and necramech

So this is probably an issue with controller in general, not just on Switch but I haven't played any other platforms in months.

My preference to play is to cycle powers with left and right on the d-pad, not the ability menu option. Outside of Warframe and Archwing this doesn't work any longer.

In fishing and hunting this works the same. Now that the bait, lures, etc. use the ability menu they should work, but I can't select anything so for the time being I have to either reset my controls to default or just not hunt or fish.

In Necramech I can cycle through the Necramech's powers, but I can't cycle to transference and thus I'm trapped in the necramech until I die or I reset my controls.

This is probably a pretty niche issue, but it's kinda frustrating that after 4-5 years across PC, PS4, and now Switch my control setup doesn't work.
