can not join to other players to play or they to me( i am in public not solo)

can not join to other players to play or they to me( i am in public not solo)

and when they try join me they  get stuck on waiting  to join.

any help will be good i do not know what to do.

Having the same issue.

I can invite my friend and he can invite me but if i accept nothing happens and if he tries to join he has a never ending loading screen.

I'm also having an issue similar to this, whenever I try to invite someone It says that the invitation cant be delivered and when they try to invite me it says that Im offline. I cant trade or play with anyone since almost a week and its becoming unbearable
