Host Migration during Index

When running High Risk Index, host migration happens at random times and will place me in the index by myself, same statistics as when with the squad. However nothing spawns, and when time runs out the gameplay doesn’t end. In one instance I jumped off the edge to die thinking that would end and I fell for over 90 seconds (the game counted).  Only way to leave/end is to abort mission and even though I am clearly winning, my 50k credits is forfeited. I lost 150k credits from my wager as well as the possible rewards from (1) run each with boosters. At least 1M credits between three runs of one instance each. Please look into and restore/provide credits if possible.
