Description: Simple but effective tactics allow Ares to smash through his opponents, becoming stronger and more durable in the process. But keep your focus, Tenno, lest you become lost in your bloodlust...

Stats (at level 30)
Health: 375
Shields: 225
Armor: 300
Power: 300
Speed: 1.00

Passive: Bloodlust - Killing enemies with either weapons or specific abilities builds Bloodlust, which provides bonus ability strength and armor to Ares, but accrues negative consequences when reaching critical levels. Each weapon kill increases bloodlust by 5%.

Bloodlust is displayed as a circular meter in the UI which initially fills from 0-100%, then fills again from 100-200%. Each percentage point of Bloodlust grants Ares 0.25% more ability strength and 10 points of armor. Higher levels of Bloodlust also give his skills additional properties. Once Bloodlust reaches 100% and beyond, the following effects occur:

100%
The rate at which Bloodlust can be gained decreases by 30%. Expenditure rate is unchanged.
Ability efficiency decreases by 1% for every point of Bloodlust. (Penalty capped at 50%)
Ares begins to lose health at a rate of 5 hp per second.

125%
Ability range decreases by 3% for every 2 points of Bloodlust. (Penalty capped at 50%)
Health drain increases to 10 hp per second.

150%
The rate at which Bloodlust can be gained now decreased by 50%. Expenditure rate increased by 30%.
Ability duration decreases by 5% for every 3 points of Bloodlust. (Penalty capped at 50%)
Health drain increases to 15 hp per second.

200%
Once 200% is reached, the Bloodlust meter will display a ten second countdown. If Ares remains at 200% after it completes, he will enter a down state. Reviving will reset Bloodlust to 0%.

Bloodlust's penalties can stack, but can be removed by going back below their starting threshold.

1. Helm Breaker (25 energy)

Ares utilizes his unique hammer to execute a series of attacks which can be comboed together. Damage is determined by equipped melee mods. Efficiency and damage increases with each attack in the chain, and each swing can be charged to deal additional damage at the cost of Bloodlust. Charging attacks will also pause the combo window until they complete. Helm Breaker kills increase Bloodlust by 10%.

When below 50% Bloodlust, normal attacks will stagger enemies and charged attacks will stun them briefly. When between 50-100%, normal attacks will stun enemies briefly and charged attacks will knock them down. When above 100%, normal attacks will crumple enemies and charged attacks trigger a small explosion on kill, as well as restoring a portion of Ares's health. Enemies affected by Bloodbath cause a larger explosion and restore more health on charged kills.

Duration: 1 second (combo window)
                3 seconds (stun duration)
Range: 4/5/6/8 meters (dash range)
            2/3/3/4 meters (hammer range)
4 meter explosion range (8 meters on Bloodbath targets)
Strength: 150/200/250/300 Impact damage; 200/300/400/500 when charged (1st attack)
                250/350/450/550; 350/500/650/800 when charged (2nd attack)
350/500/750/900; 500/700/900/1100 when charged (3rd attack and beyond)
400/600/800/1000 + 10% enemy max hp (explosion damage)
20% hp recovered on kill (when charged and above 100% Bloodlust; 40% on Bloodbath targets)
Misc.: 10% Bloodlust expended at base on charged attacks

2.  Shattered Earth (50 energy)

Ares stomps the ground, lifting and suspending enemies in the air in a line in front of him. Killing suspended enemies grants additional Bloodlust, more so if they are under the influence of Bloodbath. The ability can be charged to deal additional damage.

Between 50-100% Bloodlust, a charged stomp will deal a small portion of current enemy hp as true damage. When above 100%, true damage dealt is increased and is based on max hp instead.

Duration: 4/6/9/12 seconds
Range: 2/3/3/4 meters (aoe width)
            8/9/11/13 meters (aoe length)
Strength: 250/350/450/550 Impact damage; + 10% of current enemy hp or 20% of enemy max hp when charged
2/3/4/5% more Bloodlust gained from weapon kills; 5/6/7/8% from targets affected by Bloodbath
Misc.: 20% Bloodlust expended at base when charged

3. Onslaught (75 energy + 20% Bloodlust)

Grants increased stats on ranged weapons for Ares and nearby allies. When below 50% Bloodlust, Onslaught gives a flat critical chance increase. Between 50-100%, a critical damage increase is also added. At 100% and above, charging Onslaught will also increase status chance and kills will grant a small life steal bonus.

Duration: 8/12/16/20 seconds
Range: 10/13/17/22 meters
Strength: 10/15/20/25% additional critical chance
                0.5/0.75/1.0/1.25 additional critical multiplier
10/15/20/25% additional status chance (when charged and above 100% Bloodlust)
2/3/4/5% life steal on kill (when charged and above 100% Bloodlust)
Misc.: 40% Bloodlust expended at base when charged

4. Bloodbath (100 energy + 30% Bloodlust)

Ares howls in fury, infusing nearby enemies with an unquenchable bloodlust. Affected targets will temporarily discard their weapons and resort to melee combat, completely ignoring allies even if attacked. Frenzied enemies will bypass each other's defenses, dealing a percentage of their own max health as damage which scales with Bloodlust levels. When an affected enemy dies by any means, their frenzy will spread to another target in range, drawing them into the conflict.

When charged, frenzied enemies attack each other more quickly, and when the ability's duration ends all affected targets explode.

Duration: 10/15/20/25 seconds
Range: 8/10/12/15 meters
           6/7/9/12 meters (propagation range)
           4/5/5/6 meters (explosion radius)
Strength: 6/8/10/12 enemies affected
300/400/500/700 IPS damage + 5/8/12/15% enemy max hp (explosion damage)
Misc.: 5% enemy max hp dealt as damage + 1% per 10 points of Bloodlust
         50% Bloodlust expended when charged

There's a lot going on with this one numbers wise, so please point out if anything looks out of place. Otherwise, thanks for reading!
