Wolf Sledge Heavy Attack Does Not Apply Critical Chance Twice

As stated above, Wolf Sledge's Heavy Attack currently does not apply Critical Chance from mods twice, as Heavy Attacks should. I have a Riven that (with the Sacrificial set) would put my Heavy Attacks at well over 200% Critical Chance, and a large portion of my attacks come out as Normal (yellow) Critical Hits.
