Softlocking game for new players when trying to craft Ascaris Negator

Encountered bug after the Corpus cache special mission.

After returning to my ship, I got the popup for MR1 test whilst the story dialogue was playing in the background.

Starting and completing the MR test will reset the dialogue when you enter back into the Orbiter but you will be unable to access the foundry to progress the mission further.

Players have to exit the game and relog in order to fix this.
