Tile completion not registering

I have posted this in another forum and got no help so here goes again.

For the last week or two I haven't been able to launch a sortie without redoing the tile it's on. I have cleared the star chart and I'm sick to death of having to run 6 missions just to get a sortie done. My map isn't set to SP when I try launch, would like to get resolved but honestly not expecting much help as this isnt something with a "Google" answer
