Volatile Rebound dosn't disable punch through

As stated in the title, it dose not disable it on the Falcor at full charged throw BUT it works on partial charge.
Since the glaive has a bit more auto aim i wanted to make a explosion build but that dosnt work when i hit the wall behind the enemy.
As of writing this i also decided to try it on other glaives then the Falcor and it works on them.
