If they would, this game would end up being horrible. Someone stated that "Pro" is going to go away anyway. I think we can all lay back and relax on the issue for now. As for f2p/demo - yeah, it ... does make sense. Because, with demos, you got access to something with limitations, but it was free. Like it? Buy it. Free 2 Play is the "demo" to "Pay 2 Play" games. Get Founder's, receive full game with enough Platinum to unlock everything you cannot get without Platinum, save for maybe one of the three Starter Frames and one or two weapons.
