unable to connect please ensure you have the latest update installed

I just downloaded Warframe and I keep getting this error, is there any way to fix it? I'm on ps4 and I've already restarted my ps4, re installed the game, and restored my licenses.

edit: it looks like I am on version 1.95 and not 1.96. When I check for updates none are found and re-installing puts me at 1.95. Is there any other way to update the game?
