To encounter bug, go to marketplace, look at Nyx Pasithea collection, then select Hecaton Shotgun Skin from the bundle. Skin displays properly within the arsenal. EDIT: I am an idiot and posted this on the wrong board. I'm new to the forums and backed out of a previous thread I was reading to post the bug as I'd just encountered it, having forgotten there were multiple boards.
