Transference glitch

All to often in any mission if I use transference when I try to transfer back or die and am forced to return to my warframe, it glitches my warframe through the map and I end up having to abort my mission just to get reset, this is a very annoying problem that in my opinion should have been addresses a long time ago and more importantly before releasing new content.
