Isolation Vault containers can be destroyed by limbo before opening vault

I just came from a game with a limbo in party. We hadn't opened the door yet with the containers and the limbo opened them all using cataclysm. We continue doing the mission and eventually we finish and open the vault door. But the items had already despawned, so I never got the reward at the end.

 

And FYI i know this isn't a bug, but rather a not working as intended category.
