Can't sell weapons because they're "equipped" when they're not?

I'm trying to sell two of my weapons in order to get some more from my foundry.

The two in question are the Gorgon and the Aklato. However when I look on the inventory to sell them it says they're equipped. 

They're both level 30 and the Aklato has an orokin catalyst on, I know I didn't realise they weren't that common I've only really been playing properly for two weeks.

I have unequipped my current weapons and tried to equip and unequip but it still says they're equipped so at one time it can say I have 5 weapons equipped.

I'm rank 7 and have done every node possible up to Neptune if that holds any useful info.

Don't know how to delete this but I found out what was wrong. I had these items equipped on the conclave. I only did the conclave to try and get something so I completely forgot about it.

sadly it cant be deleted so the cringe stays there forever
