Warframe Concept: FREEBOUND, the Efficient, the Repeller

FREEBOUND, specialist in energy conversion and barriers.
Channels the Void into conventional power systems to achieve unbelievable efficiencies.

Stats R30
300 Health
800 Shield
200 Armor
300 Energy
0.8 Speed

Passive: HYSTERESIS
Freebound's Primary and Secondary projectiles deal 50% less damage but gain 2 bounces and deal +100% (additive) more damage each time they've bounced.

Ability1: KINETIC TRANSDUCER (Helminth)
Toggled, one-handed cast. Projectiles fired drain a small amount of Energy to gain 3 (Duration scaling) bounces. Each bounce lowers Projectile Speed by 25% (multiplicative) and adds +50% (additive) Heat damage. If Piezoshield is active, enemy shots are reflected at an energy cost and gain one bounce.

Augment1: THERMISTOR CIRCUIT
Increases Projectile Speed proportional to the total increase of Heat damage, including from the ability, weapon mods and buffs.

Ability2: PIEZOSHIELD
Toggled, one-handed cast. Infuses Shield with crystals which convert Shield damage to Energy. Disables Shield Recharge, instead gradually (Strength scaling) converts Energy into Shield at 3x (Efficiency scaling) efficiency. Tracks Energy consumed and gained by the ability. When toggled off, the stored charge is converted into a crystal barrier buff, with 3x (Strength scaling) that much health.

Augment2: INTERNAL STRESS
When damaged, the crystal barrier explodes, discharging 50% (non-moddable) of its remaining health as slash+electric damage in a radius.

Ability3: THERMOPILE DRIVER
Toggled, two-handed cast. Plants a pillar which anchors itself to terrain and projects an (Range scaling) energy field. All Cold and Heat damage dealt in the radius is also stored in the pillar. When the pillar is hit by Freebound or toggled off, its stored damage is released as an Impact+Electric shockwave with guaranteed procs. Can be cast from inside Vitruvial and colliding with the pillar discharges its stored damage into additional health for the sphere.

Augment3: ELECTRODE ARRAY
Shockwaves of 20% of the stored damage are released every 3 seconds.

Ability4: VITRUVIAL
Toggled, two-handed cast. Freebound converts all remaining Shield plus Energy into a spherical kinetic barrier and floats inside. Conversion to the sphere's Health has 3x (Strength scaling) efficiency and absorbs enemy attacks for a moment. The sphere bounces off obstacles constantly, never settling, while its direction is manually guided and jumping causes a downward bounce when midair. Each bounce restores some Energy. Enemies hit are dealt Impact+Heat damage scaling with the sphere's health and are launched away. Toggling off exits the sphere, which morphs into a stationary cube (limit 1) that continues to repel enemies until destroyed.

Augment4: FIELD INVERTER
When toggled off, instead releases the sphere (limit 3) to bounce on its own. Enemies hit are captured (one at a time) inside the sphere and dealt a 300% damage hit from the sphere every time it bounces.

Themes based mostly on various real-life electronics, applied to WF technology. Roughly based on how the components work. (I'm not an electrician)

Ability4 is a reference to The Vitruvian Man and its circle/square as Freebound stands inside the sphere/cube.

The intent is to have all his abilities be toggles, in theme with efficiency.

The bounce effects only modify projectile weapons, not hitscan guns or throwing melees. Maybe they could affect glaives with reduced effect, but they're broken even without it.

Example numbers, but active use of his abilities would be highly rewarded with a generous upkeep of EHP, Energy, and damage that scales with weapons/abilities in the mission.

So that's a frame I'd main in any mission with defense objectives

Anyone wanna play him already? Constructive feedback and theorycrafting would be super cool.

Sorry I can't draw. Sketches welcome.

I imagine him as a Crysis Nanosuit of cables, with cathode-ray tubes sticking out. Helmet as a Baan Helmet (no horns) from Monster Hunter World, with a few tubes on the neck.
