Very rare mod, lol.

 

The wiki says 

Dropped by

Captain Vor
Infested T3 Defense Reward
Stalker 
Tier 1 Survival Reward

 

But I tried Xini (infested T3 Defence) many times,

 

Killing Captain Vor many times,

 

I didn't meet the stalker,

 

And Apollodorus for 30 minutes, but nothing drop it lol

 

Is there a sure way to get it?

I got two mine from killing some grineer units.

 

anyway, it's supposed to be rare, so yeah, it's hard to get.
