After three Braton Prime BPs, three Fang Prime handles, and five consecutive Fang Prime BPs, I'm starting to question whether T1 Defense drops the Paris Prime BP at a 25% rate. The wiki seems correct, I got all parts from different T1 voids, got the last part "Upper Limb" from T1 ext this morning, so I started to construct it today. (Yay) You just seem to be unlucky.
