Revenant losing Mesmer when going to Drifter/Operator then back again with ZERO interaction...have to recast every time.

Since Angels patch, When I go into Drifter/Operator from Revenant with Mesmer on, and I come back to Rev, the Mesmer is gone. I've tested this in many maps/activities/etc. No bubbles, or enemies and it still happens. I have to recast it every time. I love the back and forth to user WF and Drifter/Operator but I don't think this is correct to have to recast everything each time.
