With the Zariman Update we have special modifiers for the bounty missions. How about adding this to like ALL missions in the game, but not at random, but at will? So you add one modifier for the chance of special items or more items and you are allowed to add one modifier per player in the mission. If you succeed in the mission you get additional loot similar to a void relic, but because of the increased difficulty you get a roll on everyones "modifier reward".
