Please fix Elite Sanctuary Onslaught

1. Efficiency Stimulus : it doesn't count properly, supposed to be 1/2 or 2/2, but instead it's 1/1 then 2/1. For next zone, 3/1 then 4/1 and so on.

2. The spawn area when Zone 1 : sometimes I spawn "inside" the floor, not on top of the floor. Have to keep typing "/unstuck". 

3. The entrance conduit doesn't open up : about to enter Zone 1, but the conduit blocking me somehow. Have to wait for 10 seconds until the conduit opens.
