Volt_Cruelerz
We can wallrun on pretty much everything flat in this game but for some reason, some walls on Corpus levels don't allow it and elevator shafts don't either. Is there any particular reason for either of these?
Yurt
I think the reason for us being blocked in the elevator is due to a wall that was patched in around the rails to prevent people from glitching out.
EclecticDragon
Well the corpus level was made long before wall running was a thing so there are a few walls that don't work correctly with it. As for elevator shafts what Yurt says is true if were you get to close to the wall while the elevator shaft is going up it will send you downwards into an infinite fall. Volt_Cruelerz
I've experienced the bug before, but preventing wallrunning in there is kinda like duct-taping a car door on. It'll work, but there are better ways to do it.
Yurt
Honestly though, why do you need to wallrun in an elevator?

Yurt
Lol. Maybe if the door was player activated.
