Cannot Purchase new crew members from ticker

Went to ticker and tried to purchase an elite crew member. I have two extra slots and all required resources. it says it is unable to make a purchase. It is also occurring to my friend as well, it seems the purchasing method for crew members is not working at the moment.

Having the same issue. "The transaction could not be completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later"

Also occurred in my case. In which follows, I will elaborate the details:

 

Prerequisites:

• Ownership of a Railjack;
• Intrinsic level maxed to 10 on Command category (this is optional but it may play a role in the issue);
• Free Crew Member slots are available prior to reproducing the Issue.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

• Enter either User's Clan Dojo or a Relay that features a Dry Dock;
• Travel to the aforementioned Dry Dock, interact with the "Configure Railjack" terminal and verify that open Crew Member Slots are available under the Crew Members tab;
• Exit Dojo or Relay and enter Fortuna;
• Interact with Ticker and select "Hire Railjack Crew Members" and attempt to hire a Crew Member;

 

Result: The User is unable to hire Crew Members, either ones that appear from the maximum level on Command Intrinsic or ones that do not.

Expected Result: The User needs to be able to complete the transaction should they honor the requirements.

Notes:

• As the User attempts to hire Crew Members, the Title will display two Alert Boxes. The first one displays the message "The Transaction could not be completed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again later.". On selecting "Ok", the second Dialogue Box displays "Purchase failed. Your account has not been charged. Please try again. (Unknown error)".

UPDATE: Retested and the issue was fixed. Looks like it was not a problem from the client game.
