Mastery 10 To 11 Gives Only 1 Attempt,

In the past Mastery test would give 3 attempts to complete task.

Mastery test 10 into 11 little confusing at the starting point -

you see "generators head" without rods - normally we have to destroy 

rods and not the head it self.

 

I didn't fire a single shout and had only 1 attempt to play  with...

 

Can we get back to 3 attemps please ?

Having just taken (and failed this test), I have a little more to add:

 

The goal of the Rank 10 Mastery Test is to "Race to the Finish," while shooting the rod-less Reactor cores to extend the clock.

The following problems occur during this mastery test:

 

1) One attempt instead of the usual three.

2) Elevator to the second part is painfully slow and eats roughly 18 seconds; even if you hit all the Reactor cores before the elevator, you'll be at 0 to 2 seconds when it reaches a height you can jump off of it to continue the race.

3) In theory, cores spawn during the elevator ride to add seconds during the painfully slow ride, but they don't appear

4) Cores don't appear in general.

 

Not that this matters, apparently the devs have gone to bed/retired for the night as of Hotfix 11.0.2.

There are more reactor cores to kill while on the elevator but they are harder to see then the rest.  they are straight out in the direction you would face when walking onto the elevator.

 

I'm aware of this. I mention it in my original post. In fact, a clanmate informed me of the fact before I took the test and they were just plain not there.

If they weren't there, that's a bug. They were there for me back when I took it, and They were in range of my Flux Rifle, even.

Same thing happened to me. I would also like a "go" kind of flare to pop up seeing as the time just started when I entered. I stood there for over 5 seconds waiting for a prompt or thinking it would start after I did something like all other mastery tests.

Ok, there is a minimap, but there is no time to look at it :)

 

The elevator super slow and I didn't see any orbs to testroy during the ride.

 

Question : if to use Enemy radar - would orbs pop up as targets on mimimap ?

 

Just wondering if this could help to pass the test.
