(PSN)Lord_Darkness09 Posted May 4, 2023 Share Posted May 4, 2023 I used the warframe Companion during a mission to claim things out my foundry after the mission it kept saying can't update account information and keep failing until I press abort update and now I can't connect to chat its all blank and I can't privet message anyone not even kickbot To add it only doesn't work on my home internet but it works perfectly fine on my phone hotspot How do I fix this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Packetdancer Posted May 4, 2023 Share Posted May 4, 2023 My understanding is that you should not use the Companion app while logged into the game; you can only be logged in one place, so by logging in on the Companion app you logged yourself out on the game. Hence why it couldn't update your account (inventory and all are held on the servers) and chat doesn't work (it requires being connected to servers), etc. You will probably need to just exit the game entirely, then log back in from the main screen again.
