Frame Idea - Hacker Frame

Given the ever-increasing emphasis on machinery and non-human foes, I think that a hacking-oriented frame with power over technology would be an excellent idea.

Suggested stats/abilities:

Name: Saiba

Armor: Light

Health: Low

Shield: Strong

Role:  Potent but fragile support frame who relies on his technopathic abilities and strong shield to shield him from damage.  Can manipulate computer consoles, security cameras & turrets, and robotic enemies.  Goes down quickly without his shield due to low armor and health.

Ability 1: Overload -

Saiba overloads a targeted enemies' shield system, depleting and short-circuiting it, administering 65/85/125/200 Electrical Damage and disabling the victim's shield for 5/8/10/12 seconds.  25 Energy.  If target has no shield, has no effect.

Ability 2: Short Circuit -

Saiba hacks into the ships' systems and disables the alarm system for a period of 2/4/6/8 seconds.  Enemies who attempt to activate the alarm during this ability's duration will receive a powerful electrical shock, dealing them 40/80/120/160 Electrical Damage.  Damage, Duration not affected by Power Strength or Duration.

Ability 3: Haywire -

Saiba hacks into the mainframe of robotic enemies in a radius of 10/15/20/30 meters and causes them to go haywire.  Afflicted enemies will attack the nearest enemy for 5/10/15/20 seconds and then explode, dealing 45 Explosive damage to any enemies or Tenno nearby.  Cannot affect more than 3/5/5/7 enemies.  Explosive damage affected by Power Strength; Haywire duration affected by Power Duration; Radius NOT affected by Stretch.

Ability 4:  System Overload -

Saiba hacks into the augmentation control centers of all nearby enemies.  Grineer enemies are paralyzed for 4/5/5/7 seconds, falling to the ground and unable to move.  Corpus enemies suffer an effect similar to that of electricity as their augmented minds are fried for 4/5/5/7 seconds.  Robotic enemies are not affected.

Sounds cool in theory, but in practice seems too context-sensitive to be worth using in the long run. This thing would literally be useless against Infested, and most of its abilities boil down to being abilities from other frames set to only affect certain enemy types.

I know there could be a way to make a hacker frame, probably centering around control of devices common to all maps or to weapon alteration, but this probably isn't it.
