Please stop spawning converted Liches/Sisters after bleeding out

Converted Liches/Sisters can cause issues in missions when they spawn on you after you revive. They can alert enemies in Spy missions, cause issues in missions where you or the lich can be rad proc'd, which is especially an issue there are a lot of AOE Kuva weapons that can have a radiation progenator/a lot of tenet weapons have innate radiation, and Malice can redirect their shots at you if he happens to spawn while your Lich is active.

There is already an On Call gear item we can use to explicitly call for a crewmate/lich if we wanted one to spawn in mission, there is no reason to randomly spawn one if we bleed out in a mission.

Alternatively add the option to consign converted Liches so that not having a Lich spawn would be an opt-out system.
