(Nintendo Switch) Kahl Gyro/Motion Aiming No Longer Working For Me

Hi I'm on Nintendo Switch doing the weekly Kahl missions. Usually when I held down left trigger (ZL), I was able to use gyro aim to aim with Kahl, but last week (during the Sneaky Sabotage mission) I noticed that for some reason when I tried using gyro aim with Kahl it wasn't working, and I was forced to aim with my right stick. I thought it might have just been a bug and moved on, but when I tried it this week too (during the Junk Run mission) the gyro aim still wasn't working.  I made sure it wasn't my controller cause my ZL trigger still works in every other part of the game. Is this a bug anyone else is facing?

Correct, for a few weeks now, aiming down sights is not possible with Kahl. Don't know why was this changed or when.

Well I play the kahl missions every week and i only started noticing it last week.
