Freezes While Playing

i havent played warframe for like 3 mounts and i just started to play it again and now the game freezes like every 2-3 mins for 30-40 sec

 

i tryed to update and reinstal all my drivers: nvidia, direct x, c++

i tryed to reinstal the game 

i tryed to disable multi-threading rendering and to change all my setings to low and disable all graphic options and the game still freezes and its anoying cuz i get disconected from multiplayer

 

my pc: win 7 ulti, 8800 gtx, Q6600 OC at 3GHZ and 4G ddr2 (btw i tryed to stop my OC and nothing)
