Weird bug after switching out from operator, My warframe can't use abilites, shoot, transfer back and walks backwards, he also accumulates loot for some reason

I agree to it, it happens a lot with me, so much that I regret switching to operator, even though I like operator mode so much, the only thing that stops me from playing it is this bug, sometimes I cant even move, only walk and sprint, no bullet jumps or rolls, the only way to fix this ingame is to die and revive yourself or die and bleedout then revive yourself, sometimes self revive doesnt work as well. Please fix this bug, playing operator is highly regretful because of this.
