skhar Posted October 25, 2023 Share Posted October 25, 2023 (edited) Context: The clan is 5 months old. Only me and one friend are in the clan since day 1. All other ascensions worked flawlessly. The other ascensions are months ago. Apart from more research and building more rooms we did not change anything within the clan or dojo. We tried to rank up after the newest Hotfix (34.0.4) hit. This hotfix brought Crossplatform Clans. We are both playing from PC. It does not matter if Crossplatform for clans is enabled or disabled, the error remains the same. We both get the same error message. In the clan info it says Ascension Ceremony ready. The Ascension Altar is "active"; It says "participating members 0/1"; But we are 2 members in the clan? When trying to participate we get the error message "Failed to participate in Ascension Ceremony". UPDATE: As of Hotfix 34.0.5 this issue is no longer an issue. At least for me.
