Control Lock

I was playing an alert mission defense. While i was playing i encountered the glitch where if you were using the codex scanner and you go down, you cannot use your weapons after you are revived. I could still use my frosts abilities. So i just snow globed the cryopod. I told my team members to not revive me if i went down, but they did anyways. After a couple of revives, my controls were suddenly locked. No matter what i did, i got no response from any key that i pressed. I just had to stand there and wait for the mission to be finished. I missed out on many resources and mods that dropped throughout the level and it was really annoying.
