Obsidian sedai removed?

Did they remove the obsidian sedai syandana?

I recently merged my PC and PS4 accounts because I had a bunch of items on my PS4, I had the Obsidian Sedai Syandana which I liked, but when I looked in my syandana menu it was not there so I checked my inventory I found it, I then went on the wiki and I could not find a trace of it, did they remove it?

Obsidian/Jade/Opal cosmetics will not cross over across platforms, sorry about that.
