Purchasing Platinum and Regal Aya on Xbox after cross save

I'd been playing Warframe primarily on Xbox for a couple years before cross save, and I've fully cross-save and I've merged my Xbox and PC accounts.  I still have some credit on my Xbox.com account that I had used to purchase platinum and stuff.  Does anyone know or can comment on whether, after cross-save, I'm able to continue to make Warframe purchases on Xbox.com and have the purchases credited to my new cross-saved account?  It would seem like this should work fine since I see my progress on both PC and Xbox regardless of which system I log into Warframe, but I wanted to ask if anyone else had any experience making Xbox.com purchases after cross-save.  The purchase system on Xbox.com was always a little janky, but I'm hoping it just means logging into Warframe on Xbox after the purchase and then it would get saved into my merged account.
