Can't Our Enemies Clone A Tenno Army And Kill Us All?

So the lore says only the tenno can unlock the powers of the Warframes right? Since both Grineer, and Corpus have cloning technology, what's stopping the from cloning an army of Tenno, and giving them captured, or copy Warframes? We've already seen the them capture live Tenno, and as soon as they are finished cloning implant some crazy idea into the clone's head to make them 100% believe that we are evil.

 

Come to think of it... Could this be the stalker?

I'm guessing that something they do to the Tenno to allow them to use the warframe in the first place makes them incompatible with cloning tech in some way.  Also, the Corpus do not have cloning tech, or are not stupid enough to use it if they do.  Not sure where you got that idea.

I read somewhere that some of the crewmen were clones, but only a few.
