Discipline's Merit has Unexpected Functionality when Dual Wielding a Pistol & Glaive

The mod Discipline's Merit has unexpected functionality after performing a Tennokai Attack with a Glaive. After performing the Tennokai Attack and the player begins Dual Wielding their Pistol and Glaive, all attacks with the Glaive while the Discipline's Merit counter is 4 will always be eligible to activate Tennokai, but all attacks after the counter is 3 or less will never be eligible to activate Tennokai (even if other Tennokai Mods are equipped.)
