Reputation for other factions is much easier... just kill? And when it comes to reputation for operator skill, then there is simply item for weapon/waframe. Surely something like that would be good for this faction? Because here the player is actively involved and his reputation is affected by the daily cap... that's what it's all about?

Its actully is NOT overpricing compared to other SYNDICATES, its equillient then the others... you just complain because its the "way you farm the rep" thats annoying for you.
Go STEALTH Frame (ivara/Loki), Scan everything... higher missions easier and by 1-2 runs you easily capped daily 32500 standing cap.
then you got the Bonus from the x3/x4 Daily Scan quest "not included into the daily cap".

Please dont cry and complain over stuff that isnt horrible or "bad design" as you refered it to be.
this is a GRINDING GAME, Get used to it!

Wow look at you getting all riled up for no reason. Assuming everyone is stupid and getting angry when people want easier lives without even negatively affecting yours wil get you nowhere.

Why bother grinding Simaris on purpose at all? He doesn't offer any good "evergreen" stuff like Relic Packs. Just transmute cores (Worthless. The mods you'd want out of transmutation aren't even transmutable or are just straight up easier to get by any other means.) and... Waframe Exilus Adapters that cost 2 forma and an argon crystal to make. Yeah, not worth the grind for the target OR the crafting resources; just buy those with plat if you need one Now™. Heck do that anyway. Best plat purchase in the game you're going to get outside of weapon/frame slots.

For his exclusives you can still just grab a target and forget about it for 3 weeks until it shows up in a mission. Nothing he has is so serious or is worth duplicating so much to get that you need to be actively grinding it over passively collecting standing while doing something else.

he already has interesting things in the shop.
and don't forget that you can buy already built stuff here because you accidentally sell it.
or just an extra umbra set, because max lvl mod doesn't fit everywhere or max lvl doesn't do much for you.
