Yareli Pandea skin's tertiary and primary color channels different from base skin?

Right now, the color of the trim on the Pandea skin seems to be based on your tertiary color, but because of the base skin using the primary color for the trim, it looks kind of odd when you try using helmets other than the default Pandea helmet.

The base skin is using primary (lavender) for the trim, and tertiary (black) for the rest of the dress:

But, the Pandea skin uses tertiary (black) for the trim, instead of the primary (lavender):
