I do feel that his base energy at max rank should be more in line with other elemental casters (Saryn/Volt/Ember/Atlas) and to a lesser extent non elemental but themed casters (Vauban/Protea/Baruuk/etc). For context with r10 Primed Flow+ 3 TF Blues energy shards, the number is somewhere between 500-600+. With r10 Primed Flow the number is north of 425+.
