NinjaHoboGabe Posted June 19 Share Posted June 19 I was messing around with Voruna's Fangs of Raksh which is supposed to apply 10 stacks of 5 random status effects, and no matter how many times I cast it, it never procs Blast. It will proc every status effect that is not blast.
