Charges can clip thru the elevator floor and can no longer be picked up

I was running a pre-made team from recruit channel. We had a designated person, a wisp, stay at the elevator with responsibility of keeping the elevator powered. Interestingly, for him the charges started to clip thru the elevator floor and he could no longer pick them up. I was playing the wukong role and was never near the elevator except to drop off charges. For me these same charges were not bugged on my screen, but they were for him. We had someone else be designated person for keeping the elevator powered, and the same bug happened to him. Meanwhile my theory is since I was not nearby the elevator, the charges didn't bug for me.
